1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned within 7 Days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
You must initiate a return request within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.

Reason for return
Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 72 hours.
Please note:
Shipping charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Please notify us within 7 DAYS of delivery.
Provide clear images or videos showing the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Used, washed, or altered items
Items returned without original packaging or tags
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal preference (size change, change of mind, etc.), return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping charges paid at the time of order are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
